Report a Problem or Submit a Request

If you're looking for the status of a Service Request submitted prior to June 19, 2018, please email surreyrequest@surrey.ca. Sign up for a MySurrey Portal account to track the progress of all your future Service Requests.

Report a non-emergency problem by submitting your service request. For example, you can report dumping, street issues, or park issues for the City to fix.

We have updated Report a Problem to offer an easier way to submit requests by typing out your issue and viewing requests submitted around you. By creating an account, you will now be able to check the status of your submission as well.
