Come celebrate Surrey's commitment to environmental stewardship at SHaRP's second annual Robson Park Festival! Community members are invited to attend the festival to learn about the importance of salmon habitat through fun activities for the whole family.

Festival attendees will have the opportunity to enhance salmon habitat in their local park by participating in hands-on invasive plant removal alongside youth from the SHaRP team. Removing invasive plant species like Himalayan blackberry, English ivy, and morning glory, helps to maintain the diverse natural habitat in the park's riparian area.

SHaRP will be celebrating the Robson Park Festival with a free BBQ lunch, cotton candy, popcorn, bouncy castle, and a variety of fun salmon-themed games and crafts! SHaRP is hoping to engage visitors to recognize their close proximity to Surrey's natural fish habitat and the value of protecting it.
